Make the Future Yours! in the space industry
How on earth do you get a career in the space industry? Make the Future Yours! is here to break out the four walls of the classroom and demonstrate how to be part of the 5% that’ll help our planet in the years to come. Our event, Make the Future Yours! in the space industry in February 2023, will showcase the many available career opportunities.
Life’s a pitch!
The Future Business delivers innovative and high impact enterprise challenge days for KS3-5 students and inset days for teachers. Over the years we have worked with over 10,000 secondary school students and are passionate about broadening education beyond the classroom. Our presenters are all highly qualified consultants and business professionals who, when not delivering programmes in schools, work with major corporations and educational bodies like Microsoft and the Universities of Reading and Southampton, teaching management and marketing skills.
Our partners
We partner with employers and industry organisations, with a view of building long-term relationships that will create awareness of the opportunities in their company or industry.
We’re always pleased to be working with brands such as Specsavers and the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI).
The value of work experience
Having recently conducted a really interesting interview with AA Apprentice, Abi, I have been left pondering one of the particular comments she made: “I’d never even set foot in an office until I started working in one.” I realise that’s probably very true for lots of first-time workers – in any workplace, not just an office!
Harnessing the communications skills of young people
Make the future yours! is a new magazine aimed at 15-19-year olds which sets out to highlight the diverse range of career and training opportunities available across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The magazine, which has recently produced a preview issue aimed at potential advertisers, will have its full launch to readers in November.
Don’t curb your enthusiasm!
