Make the Future Yours! in the space industry

How on earth do you get a career in the space industry? Make the Future Yours! is here to break out of the four walls of the classroom and show you how to be part of the 5% that’ll help our planet in the years to come. Our new event, Make the Future Yours! in the space industry will showcase many of the opportunities available .

Climate change, deforestation, famines, displaced populations are all being supported by data sent from satellites.  Who runs the satellites? The space industry. Who can get involved? Anyone.

This has created a lot of new jobs from Level 3 apprenticeships to graduate positions.  The South-East has the largest number of companies in the space industry in the UK and is an important contributor with some major corporations in the area.

Before the event, your school or college will launch the project you’ll need to complete on the day, where industry professionals will guide and advise you on how to complete it.

At our event, you’ll start your interactive experience with short talks from inspiring space professionals. They’ll let you in on how they got to where they are today, why their jobs are helping us build a better future, and how you can get from student to building your career in no time.

Following the talks, you’ll have time to ask the companies the who’s, what’s, where’s and how’s about your future career.
